Every year, Copenhagen hosts the renowned 3 Days of Design festival—a vibrant, city-wide celebration of global design and creativity.
This year, Città founder and CEO Margot Acland attended alongside designer Nikolai Sorensen, experiencing the festivities first-hand. They spent the week exploring inspiring showrooms, exhibitions, and thought-provoking design talks.
“I have a personal connection with Copenhagen. It was one of the reasons I became a designer, so it was great to be back in the city again,” shares Nikolai.
“The city has such a rich design heritage, and this is supercharged during 3 Days of Design. The overall feeling of the fair was ‘less, but better’ with small, curated collections and purposeful pieces designed for longevity rather than trend-chasing.
“It was a more considered approach to design, which is something we pride ourselves on at Città. It was also an amazing opportunity to visit our brand partners, gain inspiration, and connect with the industry on a global level.”

Vitra
Vitra unveiled Bascule, a new lounge chair created in collaboration with Studio Œ. The brand also introduced vibrant new colourways of Verner Panton’s iconic designs, including his sculptural cube animals.
Anglepoise
Anglepoise previewed the upcoming Original 315 desk lamp, revived from the brand’s archive. Originally designed in the 1940s, it brings a classic design back into production.
Stelton
We loved Stelton’s colourful display of the EM77 vacuum jug. An enduring design since 1977, the installation celebrated the expressive use of colour in everyday objects. The brand also showcased the sleek Vinkel portable lamp, which will soon be available at Città.
