The Daily armchair strikes the perfect balance of classic yet modern design. Inspiration is drawn from mid-century style, combined with a timeless aesthetic to meet today’s needs.

The wooden frame is made with your choice of lightly toned solid American oak or warmly hued solid American walnut. The statement frame is characterised by a series of vertical dowels running along the backrest to create a repetitive linear pattern. This design detail makes the range as beautiful to view from the back as it is from the side or front.

A selection of fabric finishes is available for immediate shipping, or choose to customise with a fabric of your choice. Designed in our New Zealand studio by David Moreland and Nikolai Sorensen.

The design was first released as an armchair in 2020 and was immediately coveted by design enthusiasts. Popular demand led to the evolution of a three-seater sofa in the following year. Combine the designs to form a cohesive suite, or showcase them individually as a statement standalone piece.

A roomy seat and plush upholstery provide generous comfort. The squabs are layered with multi-density foam and quilted feather and down. Scatter cushions are sold separately and available to add on. We advise ordering them at the same time as your furniture piece to avoid any variations.

Care Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight. Vacuum regularly using an upholstery attachment on low-suction. Rotate cushions regularly. All fabric stretches as part of the general wear process. Feathers may work through the fabric over time. Attend to spills immediately by soaking them up with a clean, absorbent, lint-free sponge or cloth. Gently dab; do not rub vigorously. If cleaning products are required, consult a furniture cleaning specialist. We do not recommend using any fabric protector treatments, as this voids your fabric warranty. Please note, all fabric warranties are with the fabric supplier. Città sofas have a 5-year warranty that covers the frame and fill.
